Statutes > Connecticut > Title53 > Chap944 > Sec53-237aSec. 53-237a. Concealment of delivery: Class A misdemeanor. (a) A person is guilty of concealment of delivery who intentionally conceals the delivery of any child, whether such child was delivered alive or dead.
(b) Concealment of delivery is a class A misdemeanor.
