Statutes > Connecticut > Title53 > Chap949b > Sec53-392eSec. 53-392e. Unlawful preparation of academic assignments: Class B misdemeanor. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. Any court of competent jurisdiction may grant such further relief as is necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including the issuance of an injunction.
