Statutes > Connecticut > Title53a > Chap952 > Sec53a-128iSec. 53a-128i. Penalties for credit card crimes. (a) Any person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
(b) Any person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be guilty of a class D felony.
