Statutes > Connecticut > Title53a > Chap952 > Sec53a-131Sec. 53a-131. Unlawfully concealing a will: Class A misdemeanor. (a) A person is guilty of unlawfully concealing a will when, with intent to defraud, he conceals, secrets, suppresses, mutilates or destroys a will, codicil or other testamentary instrument.
(b) Unlawfully concealing a will is a class A misdemeanor.
