Statutes > Connecticut > Title53a > Chap952 > Sec53a-158Sec. 53a-158. Bribery of a labor official: Class D felony. (a) A person is guilty of bribery of a labor official if he offers, confers or agrees to confer upon a labor official any benefit with intent to influence him in respect to any of his acts, decisions or duties as such labor official.
(b) Bribery of a labor official is a class D felony.
