Statutes > Connecticut > Title54 > Chap965 > Sec54-190Sec. 54-190. Penalty for escape while in another state. Any person who escapes or attempts to escape from custody while in another state pursuant to said agreement shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 53a-169.
