      Sec. 7-35ff. (Note: This section is effective October 1, 2009.) Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and construing the uniform provisions of sections 7-35aa to 7-35gg, inclusive, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact such uniform provisions.
