Statutes > Connecticut > Title7 > Chap105 > Sec7-329jSec. 7-329j. Receipts to be trust funds. All moneys received pursuant to the authority of sections 7-329a to 7-329u, inclusive, whether as proceeds from the sale of bonds or as revenues, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in said sections 7-329a to 7-329u, inclusive.
