      Sec. 7-406p. Regulations. The Treasurer shall, in consultation with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of sections 7-406n and 7-406o, which may include, but not be limited to, the administrative process for the servicing of loans.
