Statutes > Connecticut > Title7 > Chap117 > Sec7-579Sec. 7-579. Definition of deficit obligation re town and city of New Haven. For the purposes of subsection (a) of section 7-394b and sections 7-560 to 7-578, inclusive, deficit obligation, as defined in section 7-560, with respect to the town and city of New Haven shall mean such obligation issued on or after July 1, 1993.
