Statutes > Connecticut > Title8 > Chap127 > Sec8-36aSec. 8-36a. Withdrawal from agency. Any town, city or borough which has adopted the provisions of sections 8-31a to 8-37a, inclusive, may withdraw from such regional planning agency but only six months after the legislative body of such town, city or borough has declared its intent to so withdraw by enactment of an ordinance by its legislative body.
