Statutes > Connecticut > Title8 > Chap130 > Sec8-138Sec. 8-138. Bonds and title to land to be in name of municipality. Any redevelopment agency shall exercise its powers in the name of the municipality, except that all bonds issued under section 8-134 shall be issued solely in the name of the municipality and that title to land taken for redevelopment purposes shall be solely in the name of the municipality.
