Statutes > Connecticut > Title8 > Chap138j > Sec8-421Sec. 8-421. Regulations. The commissioner may adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 to carry out the purposes of section 8-420. Such regulations may establish additional terms and conditions for loans and may include provisions for giving priority to loans for low or moderate income persons.
