Statutes > Connecticut > Title9 > Chap147 > Sec9-250aSec. 9-250a. Blank space where party fails to nominate. When a political party has failed to nominate a candidate for any office for which it is entitled to make such nomination, the space on the ballot label in which the name of the party's candidate would appear shall be left blank.
