§ 821. Boundaries of the General Assembly House of Representatives Districts.

(a) The boundaries of the General Assembly House of Representatives districts shall be described as follows:

(1) First Representative District. -- The 1st Representative District shall comprise: All that portion of City of Wilmington and New Castle County bounded by a line beginning at the intersection of CSX Railroad and W. 18th St., thence in a counterclockwise direction along W. 18th St. and turning right onto Baynard Blvd., thence continuing along Baynard Blvd. and continuing onto N.
