(1) The State Courts Revenue Trust Fund is created within the state courts system. Moneys credited to the trust fund shall be used for the purpose of funding the activities of the state courts system.
(2) In accordance with s. 19(f)(2), Art. III of the State Constitution, the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund shall, unless terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2012. Before its scheduled termination, the trust fund shall be reviewed as provided in s. 215.3206(1) and (2).
