130.22 Time warrants in newly created counties; distribution and use of proceeds.

The proceeds derived from the sale of such warrants shall be distributed by the board of county commissioners between the several funds of the county in such proportion as the county commissioners may deem expedient, and shall be used to pay the current expenses of the county, which are proper to be paid from such funds.
