860.156 Personnel.

The Attorney General shall appoint an executive director of the authority. The executive director of the authority shall employ, in accordance with the provisions of the Florida Statutes, such administrative, professional, clerical, and other personnel as may be required and may organize such staff as may be appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this act. The budgeting, procurement, and related functions of the authority and the administrative responsibilities for employees of the authority shall be performed by the executive director under the direction of the Attorney General.
