Statutes > Florida > TitleXVIII > Chapter272 > 272_08272.08 Duty of repair, maintenance, and supervision.
Except when otherwise directed by the Department of Management Services, the official or officials now having the duty of repair, care, maintenance, and supervision of any of said buildings shall continue to exercise such authority.
