320.204 Transportation disadvantaged.
Of the funds collected in this chapter which are deposited into the Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund, beginning July 1, 2011, and annually thereafter, the department shall transfer $5 million to the Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund in the Department of Transportation. These funds shall be transferred on a quarterly basis.
