393.503 Respite and family care subsidy expenditures; funding.

The agency shall determine the amount of expenditures per fiscal year for the respite and family care subsidy to families and individuals with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. This information shall be made available to the family care councils and to others requesting the information. The family care councils shall review the expenditures and make recommendations to the agency with respect to any new funds that are made available for family care.
