337.137 Subcontracting by socially and economically disadvantaged business enterprises; decertification.

   (1) A socially and economically disadvantaged business enterprise performing subcontract work pursuant to s. 339.0805 shall not subordinate more than 49 percent of the amount of the subcontract work, unless prior approval is secured from the department.

   (2) The department shall revoke, for a period of 12 months, the certification of any socially and economically disadvantaged business enterprise found to be in violation of subsection (1).

   (3) The department shall establish rules for the enforcement of this section.
