339.417 Dissolution upon completion of purposes.

Whenever the board of directors of a corporation determines by resolution that the purposes for which the corporation was formed have been substantially complied with and that all obligations of the corporation have been fully paid, the members of the board of directors shall, with the approval of the department, thereupon dissolve the corporation as hereinafter provided.
