548.061 Closed circuit television.

Each person or club that holds or shows any matches on a closed circuit telecast viewed within this state, whether originating within this state or another state, shall file a written report, under oath, which states the exact number of tickets sold for the showing, the amount of gross receipts, and any other information the commission requires and shall, within 72 hours after the telecast, pay a tax of 5 percent of its total gross receipts from the sale of tickets.
