589.26 Dedication of state park lands for public use.

The Division of Forestry is authorized and empowered, from time to time, to dedicate and reserve for the use of the public all or any part of the lands heretofore or hereafter acquired by the said Division of Forestry for park purposes; provided, however, that said dedication and reservation shall be subject to such rules and regulations, as to reasonable use by the public, as may be adopted by the Division of Recreation and Parks of the Department of Environmental Protection.
