601.78 Manufacturer to post bond.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may, by rule, require cash or surety bonds to be posted by manufacturers of coloring matter used on citrus fruit. The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall adopt rules prescribing the amount and form of such bonds and the grounds and procedures for forfeiture of same. The amount of the bond shall not exceed $5,000.
