633.353 Falsification of qualifications.

Any person who willfully and knowingly falsifies the qualifications of a new employee to the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training of the division is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
