655.939 Limiting right of access for failure to comply with security procedures.

If any individual who has a right of access to a safe-deposit box is unwilling or unable for any reason or cause to comply with any of the lessor’s normal requirements or procedures in connection with such access relating to security, safety, or protection, the lessor has the right to limit or deny access to the safe-deposit box by such individual unless all lessees of such safe-deposit box take such action as is necessary to ensure reasonable compliance with such security, safety, or protection requirements or procedures.
