[§10-10]  Administrator; appointment,tenure, removal.  The board by a majority vote, shall appoint anadministrator who shall serve without regard to the provisions of chapter 76for a term to be determined by the board.  The board, by a two-thirds vote ofall members to which it is entitled, may remove the administrator for cause atany time.
