§10-12  Assistant; staff.  Theadministrator may employ and retain such officers and employees as may benecessary to carry out the functions of the office.  Such officers andemployees may be hired without regard to chapter 76, and shall serve at the pleasureof the administrator.  Officers and employees of the office of Hawaiian affairsshall be included in any benefit program generally applicable to officers andemployees of the State.
