§3-1  Commission.  There shall be acommission for the State, to promote uniformity of legislation in the UnitedStates, to be composed of five commissioners, who shall be appointed by thegovernor in the manner prescribed in section 26-34.  The commissioners shallserve without pay but shall be entitled to such technical, clerical, andstenographic assistance, to be furnished by the department of the attorneygeneral, as may be necessary or proper to carry out their duties.
