[§6D-10]  Confidentiality.  (a)  Wherethe department determines in consultation with the owner that dissemination ofknowledge of cave location or resources could be detrimental to theirprotection, then the government information on the cave location and sensitiveresources shall be kept confidential.

(b)  Notwithstanding subsection (a), where anowner still believes that dissemination of knowledge [of] cave location orresources could be detrimental to their protection, then the department shallkeep all government information on the cave location and sensitive caveresources confidential.
