ยง6E-13ย Injunctive relief.ย (a)ย Inaddition to, and without limiting the other powers of the attorney general andwithout altering or waiving any criminal penalty, civil, or administrativeprovisions of this chapter, the attorney general shall have the power to bringan action in the name of the State in any court of competent jurisdiction forrestraining orders and injunctive relief to restrain and enjoin violations orthreatened violations of this chapter.
(b)ย Any person may maintain an action in the trialcourt having jurisdiction where the alleged violation occurred or is likely tooccur for restraining orders or injunctive relief against the State, itspolitical subdivisions, or any person upon a showing of irreparable injury, forthe protection of an historic property or a burial site and the public trusttherein from unauthorized or improper demolition, alteration, or transfer ofthe property or burial site.
