[§6F-4]  Organization; quorum; meetings.  Theboard shall elect from its own membership, a chairperson and avice-chairperson.  The board shall meet at least four times a year and amajority of all members to which the board is entitled shall constitute aquorum to do business.  The board shall adopt such rules as are necessary incarrying out the purposes of this chapter.
