[§6K-2]  Definitions.  As used in thischapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Commission" means the Kaho‘olaweisland reserve commission.

"Department" means the department ofland and natural resources.

"Island reserve" means the areadesignated as the island of Kaho‘olawe and the submerged lands and watersextending seaward two miles from its shoreline.

"Waters" means the area extendingseaward two miles from the shoreline. [L 1993, c 340, pt of §2]
