§8‑11  Children and Youth Day and
Month.  The first Sunday in October shall be known and designated as
"Children and Youth Day", and the entire month of October shall be
known and designated as "Children and Youth Month".  This day and
month are not and shall not be construed to be state holidays. [L 1994,
