[§8-15]  Kupuna Recognition Day.  Thefourth Saturday of July shall be known and designated as Kupuna RecognitionDay, in recognition of the very significant role that kupuna play in Hawaii's culture, history, and traditions.  This day is not and shall not be construed as astate holiday.
