§11-135  Early collection of ballots. In an electronic ballot system election the chief election officer mayauthorize collection of voted ballots before the closing of the polls in orderto facilitate the counting of ballots; provided that the voted ballots shall bereturned to the counting center in sealed ballot boxes.
