§11-18  Transfer of registration on removalfrom one precinct to another in same county.  A registered voter whochanges residence from one precinct to another prior to any election shallnotify the clerk and change the registration to the proper precinct by theappropriate registration deadline; provided that no change of registrationshall be allowed if the change of residence occurs after the close ofregistration for an election except pursuant to section 11-21(c).  The changeof registration due to a change of residence may be challenged as provided insection 11-25.
