ยง11-19ย  Registration from one county toanother.ย  Whenever a registered voter changes residence from one county toanother, the person shall notify the clerk and change the registration to theproper county by the appropriate registration deadline; provided that no changeof registration shall be allowed after the close of registration for anelection except pursuant to section 11-21(c).ย  Thereupon, if the personapplying is legally qualified to register, the clerk shall accept theregistration and shall immediately thereafter forward to the clerk of thecounty in which the person was formerly registered, a notice that the name ofthe registered voter is to be removed from the general county register of thatcounty.
