§11-197  Designated central committee. 
Each candidate for a statewide or county office who is supported by more than
one committee shall designate a central committee which shall be responsible
for aggregating the total contributions and expenditures of all committees
directly associated with the candidate and for filing composite reports
indicating this information pursuant to sections 11-212 and 11-213. [L 1979, c
