§11-205  Campaign contributions; limits asto political parties.  A contribution to a political party which isearmarked for a particular candidate or candidates shall be promptlydistributed to such candidate and shall be reported by the candidate upon receiptas an individual contribution.  Earmarked funds contributed pursuant to thissection shall be counted:

(1)  Toward the contribution limit of the politicalparty donating such funds to a candidate or candidates; and
