§11-207.5 Late contributions; reports.
(a) Each candidate, candidate's committee, or committee, that within the
period of fourteen calendar days through four calendar days prior to a primary,
special primary, general, or special general election, makes contributions
aggregating more than $500, or receives contributions from any person or entity
aggregating more than $500, shall file a report with the commission three
calendar days prior to the election.
(b) The report shall include the name,
address, occupation and employer of the contributor, the name of the candidate,
candidate's committee, or committee receiving the contribution, the amount of
the contribution, the contributor's aggregate contributions to the candidate,
candidate's committee, or committee, and the purpose, if any, to which the
contribution will be applied.
(c) A report filed pursuant to this section
shall be in addition to any other campaign report required to be filed by this
