§11-74  Meetings of precinct officials;procedure; oaths.  The chairperson of the precinct officials shall presideat all meetings of the precinct officials.  Any decision of the precinctofficials shall require a majority vote of the precinct officials in the unitor precinct.

In all cases under this title, where duties areto be performed by the chairperson of the precinct officials, the duties may beperformed by one of the other precinct officials, whenever the chairperson istemporarily absent or is otherwise for the time being unable to perform theduties.
