§14-30  Lists of persons voted for and
number of votes, certification, transmission to president of the senate. 
The electors shall separately list the persons voted for as president and as
vice president, respectively, and the number of votes for each, which lists
they shall sign, certify, seal, and transmit by mail, one copy to the seat of
the government of the United States, directed to the president of the senate of
the United States, and make such other disposition of the lists as required by
