§15-12  Receipt and disposition of lateabsentee ballots.  For any election all return envelopes containingabsentee ballots received by the clerk after the deadline for receipt stated insection 15-9 shall be kept unopened and disposed of pursuant to section 11-154.[L 1975, c 36, pt of §3; am L 1980, c 248, §1(h)]
