[§15-6.5]  Absentee postage.  Themailed distribution and return of absentee ballots shall be at no cost to thevoter.  The State and counties shall share in the cost of all postageassociated with the distribution and return of absentee ballots pursuant tosections 11-182, 11-183, and 11-184, if the costs are not covered by thefederal government.
