[§21D-1]  Definitions.  As used in thischapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

"ACCESS/legislative informationservices" means the information service provided by the legislaturethrough on-line information networks; including, without limitation, HAWIAN.

"HAWIAN" means the Hawaii area-wideinformation network.

"On-line" means accessed by the useof data communications hardware and software. [L 1990, c 348, pt of §1]
