§21G-3 - Legislative broadcast program established.

[§21G-3]  Legislative broadcastprogram established.  (a)  There is established in the state capitol alegislative broadcast program that shall become part of the legislature'spermanent public access program.

(b)  The legislative broadcast program shall besupervised by the joint legislative access committee established pursuant tosection 21D-6. [L 1997, c 373, §2]
