§21-5  Finances and staff.  Eachinvestigating committee may employ such professional, technical, clerical, orother personnel as necessary for the proper performance of its duties, to theextent of funds made available to it for such purpose and subject to suchrestrictions and procedures relating thereto as may be provided by law or anyapplicable rules of the legislature.
